District of Choice Program
The District of Choice is an enrollment program that gives parents residing in any district (excluding Rowland, Azusa, and Pomona Unified School District residents) the opportunity to apply for enrollment in the Walnut Valley Unified School District. The application window is November 6 through December 31.

The Constitution of the State of California requires that we provide a public education free of charge. Students right to a free education is for all school/educational activities, whether curricular or extracurricular, wether students get a grade for the activity or class. F–1 Student Visas (I-20)
Diamond Bar High School (dbhs.wvusd.k12.ca.us) and Walnut High School (whs.wvusd.k12.ca.us), our two award winning high schools, have been authorized by the U.S. Government to issue I-20 forms. Please go to the high school website to learn more about the many programs offered at each of our two schools. Students will only be accepted in grades 9, 10, and 11 based on the completed transcripts and we will not allow students to repeat a completed year of school.
